We are transparent

Transparency is one of our essential commitments

Fundación Lukas, Ayuda a la Discapacidad, henceforth the Foundation, is a private organization of a non-profit nature, whose assets are permanently affected, by the will of its creators, to the realization of general interest purposes which are detailed in article 7 of these statutes.

The Internal Regulation includes the rules of operation, procedure and action within the Lukas Foundation, while the Equality Plan establishes the adoption of measures aimed at avoiding any type of labor discrimination between women and men, in order to respect equality of treatment and opportunities in the workplace.

The Lukas Foundation has implemented an Ethical Channel or Whistleblowing Channel, so that any employee, manager or third party (customers, collaborators and / or suppliers) can raise their doubts regarding internal regulation, as well as report non-compliance of the legal provisions or internal regulations that they may become aware of. The members of the Lukas Foundation have the obligation to report any criminal behavior or actions that present a breach of the protocols, policies and processes implemented. To access our reporting channel, the following password will be required: FLUKAS

In line with the transparent management of the foundation as part of our commitment to the Lealtad Foundation, we make our audit reports and Financial Reports available to the public.  These are available below.
