The third edition of ‘BBVA AM Solidarios Non Stop‘ kicked off last Friday in the BBVA city in Madrid, and we were there at the front line with Nacho, María, Anne Marie, and many other people who support us.

Afterwards, and throughout the weekend, 200 participants traveled more than 600 kilometers of the French Camino de Santiago (or Way of Saint James) in 28 stages without any stop.

Therefore, due to the intense heat and for all the people waiting for the arrival of the participants, the entrance to the Plaza del Obradoiro in Santiago de Compostela was the most exciting moment.

THANK YOU to all of you who have made this third solidarity adventure possible: organizers, families, associations (ASDEGAL, Down Galicia Federación Down Castilla y León), and all the people from all over the world who pedaled, walked and shared smiles.

This solidarity initiative seeks to collaborate with non-profit projects related to inclusion, among which is, for the third time, the Lukas Foundation.  The proceeds for our cause will go toward carrying out the Camino de Santiago by bicycle with 6 young people with severe disabilities and their families from September 19 to 23.

With our support of inclusive sports, we want to make available to all groups the opportunity to access leisure activities together with their families.”  –      Paloma Piqueras, Head of BBVA Asset Management & Global Wealth in Spain.
