Now, if you pay taxes in Spain, supporting families with a disabled child has even more tax advantages.
From January 1, 2020 the first 150 euros you donate will have a deduction of 80%.
From that amount, a deduction of 35% is applied (40% if the donation is periodic for at least 3 years).
In the case of legal entities, donations continue to reduce 35% (40% in the case of periodic donations).
Here are some deduction examples
Tax benefits of donations
Individuals or legal entities that pay taxes in Spain have the right to the following tax deductions in the Personal Income Tax (if the donor is a natural person) or in Corporation Tax (if the donor is a legal person) for the donations made to entities such as the Lukas Foundation, subject to law 49/2002 of December 23 on the tax regime for non-profit entities and tax incentives for patronage. Non-residents who operate in Spanish territory without permanent establishment also benefit from the deductions in the Non-Resident Income Tax return.
